lately i'm having nightmare continuously

well not scary nightmare but it is still a really really bad dream . Though when i woke up i can only remember a fraction of my dream its like you only remember some part of the movie and even if i don't remember i still can feel this unpleasant feeling. i really don't feel comfortable in fact this dreams is starting to make me think why am i having bad dreams like this continuously =( .... i think i am going to cry and i don't want to sleep  ............
haiz . . . i  still need to sleep hahaha
